What is the difference between magnetoelastic, piezoelectric and multi-frequency ultrasound?
Its basic principle makes magnetoelastic ultrasound is one of the oldest ultrasound technologies. However, in the past it was very inefficient.
Piezoelectricity was discovered later and this is very cheap and is also imported cheaply from Asia. This explains why many manufacturers turned to piezoelectricity.

FISA® Y MÉXICO, UNA LARGA HISTORIA DE NEGOCIOS
FISA® lleva en el mercado mexicano desde hace más de 20 años Desde cuándo están presentes en el mercado mexicano ?
Fisa lleva en el mercado mexicano desde hace más de 20 años. En el año 1989 empezamos a trabajar en Estados Unidos; pasamos de ser una empresa transnacional y transeuropea a dar el salto allí. Desde nuestra sede en Chicago, Illinois, Philippe Vaudeleau -que ahora es nuestro CEO- empezó a desarrollar el mercado mexicano, primero de forma más o menos puntual y luego de manera más recurrente. En 2012-2013 este proyecto ya requiere una atención más presencial y sentimos la necesidad de desarrollar un plan de negocio. En base a eso, empezamos a trabajar desde Fisa en España, porque Fisa Ibérica habla el mismo idioma y culturalmente está más cerca de México que Estados Unidos. Joan Bosch, el antiguo director general de Fisa España, empezó a ir de forma más o menos frecuente hasta que en 2013 se estableció un plan de negocio y estancias permanentes en México. Esto implica que desde España siempre hay un comercial – que soy yo- que pasa el 50 por ciento de su tiempo físico en México y dedica el cien por cien de su tiempo a este mercado y a Latinoamérica.

Le fabricant de machines de nettoyage par ultrasons couvre toutes les demandes spécifiques de la filière aéronautique.
Dans le domaine de l’aéronautique, les opérations de nettoyage sont intégrées dans le cursus de production ou de maintenance des pièces, au travers de processus de nettoyage qui font souvent l’objet de qualification, soit pour les besoins propres aux fabricants, soit dans le cadre de préconisation vis-à-vis de leurs sous-traitants.

FISA® met à votre disposition ses laboratoires pour réaliser vos essais de nettoyage afin de valider la solution technique que nous vous proposons.
FISA® Group a developpé une approche de vente unique pour étudier votre projet étape par étape et répondre à toutes vos exigences.
Dans chaque pays où nous sommes présents, nous mettons à la disposition de nos clients des laboratoires d'essais afin qu'ils puissent tester nos solutions et valider nos propositions techniques.
Ces essais en laboratoire font partie intégrante de notre procédé de vente et vous permettent d’enrichir et optimiser votre cahier des charges.
En 2017, le groupe Fisa a investi 200 000 euros pour rénover et améliorer ses laboratoires d’applications français qui sont situés à Savigny-sur-Orge.
Il s’agit de 200 m2 (dont 90 m2 de salle propre) répartis en 3 salles: nettoyage de pièces en machine standard, nettoyage de moules et outillage, nettoyage de précision et coating en salle propre.
Nos laboratoires d’applications sont également ouverts aux visites afin d’appréhender le fonctionnement et les possibilités de nos machines.

"C'est la seconde fois que sont refaits en totalité les laboratoires français, et il nous aura fallu environ 1 an pour mener à bien ce projet de rénovation
- ils étaient neufs bien sûr en 1991, lors de la construction du bâtiment,
- nous en avons créé 2 supplémentaires lors de l'extension du bâtiment en 2002,
- aujourd'hui nous avons refait sols / murs / plafonds / système d'aération/ outillages / paillasses de toutes les salles et avons créé une salle propre de 90 m2.
De nouvelles installations de nettoyage de précision et de coating sont à votre disposition"

FISALABS ONE
Our new coating and cleaning machine for small and Rx-labs is now available.
FISALABS One is the first machine we have developed specifically for small and Rx-labs. Until we had no machine with a throughput under 50/60 lenses per hour – our levels of technology were simply too high for this size of lab. That’s why we decided to develop a machine based on a new concept. It is a cleaning and coating machine with integration of a new type of robot, new ultrasonic generators, new interface and new environment to make it UNIQUE!
