En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le vernis appliqu\u00e9 permet de solidifier le verre et de lui appliquer des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antirayures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\">Au contraire, le flow coating vise \u00e0 diff\u00e9rencier les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du verre en appliquant des vernis diff\u00e9rents en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s qu\u2019on souhaite lui attribuer. Nous utilisons pour cela des robots munis d\u2019un petit jet qui ne cibleront qu\u2019un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 du verre. Le flow coating est notamment utilis\u00e9 pour certaines pi\u00e8ces comme les masques de ski ou les visi\u00e8res de motos car nous avons besoin de deux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes pour le verre int\u00e9rieur et le verre ext\u00e9rieur. Pour prendre l\u2019exemple du masque de ski, nous souhaiterons que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur du verre dispose de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antibu\u00e9e tandis que le c\u00f4t\u00e9 ext\u00e9rieur du verre devra se montrer particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9sistant aux rayures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\">\u00a0<em><strong>PROC\u00c9D\u00c9S<\/strong><strong>\u00a0DES MACHINES FISA POUR LE DIP COATING OU LE FLOW COATING<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\"><strong>dip coating<\/strong>\u00a0: les verres sont mis dans un panier, sont nettoy\u00e9s puis s\u00e9ch\u00e9s avant d\u2019\u00eatre plong\u00e9s dans un bac de vernis. La chose la plus importante est de bien ma\u00eetriser la vitesse d\u2019extraction afin que le vernis soit parfaitement efficace. Une fois le vernis d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur le verre, nous avons une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de s\u00e9chage pour \u00e9vacuer les solvants puis nous passons \u00e0 la phase de polym\u00e9risation. La polym\u00e9risation consiste \u00e0 passer les verres dans un four pour bien accrocher le vernis sur la surface du verre. Certaines de nos machines poss\u00e8dent un four en ligne pour faire cette polym\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\"><strong>flow coating<\/strong>\u00a0: nos robots effectuent le travail. Ils poss\u00e8dent des petits jets afin d\u2019asperger un seul c\u00f4t\u00e9 du verre. Ce vernis coule le long de la surface pour recouvrir la totalit\u00e9 du verre. Une fois que le premier c\u00f4t\u00e9 est asperg\u00e9, le verre passe dans un autre module afin de recevoir sa deuxi\u00e8me couche de vernis. Les vernis utilis\u00e9s ne sont pas les m\u00eames et ils attribuent des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s particuli\u00e8res aux deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du verre. Pour r\u00e9aliser ce traitement de surface, nos robots doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis sur la quantit\u00e9 de vernis utilis\u00e9e, de m\u00eame qu\u2019ils doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis dans leurs d\u00e9placements.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\"><strong>LA MACHINE\u00a0<em>Fisalabs One EST UNE PETITE MACHINE DE DIP-COATING \u00ab\u00a0TOUT-EN-UN\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\">Sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ue pour les petits laboratoires, contrairement \u00e0 nos autres machines qui sont modulaires, la FisalabsOne est une machine compacte avec un seul module. Elle permet de traiter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 90 verres par heure \u00e0 un prix tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titif. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 cette machine car les petits laboratoires n\u2019ont pas besoin d\u2019une grande productivit\u00e9 mais ils ont les m\u00eames imp\u00e9ratifs de qualit\u00e9 que les grands acteurs. La FisalabsOne permet d\u2019op\u00e9rer toutes les \u00e9tapes de nettoyage et de traitement de surface jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la pr\u00e9-polym\u00e9risation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"CorpsA\">Si notre client exige une plus grande productivit\u00e9, il devra opter pour l\u2019une de nos machines modulaires.
