  • Clean cooling circuits: ultrasonic cleaning helps to prevent cooling circuits from clogging up thus improving the speed of cooling, the down time between two shots is thus reduced: instead of an obligatory pause of 7 to 10 seconds with traditional cleaning methods, with ultrasonic cleaning we can save 1 to 2 seconds on each shot.
  • Reduction in the number of times that the machine is stopped during handling manoeuvres (quicker payback, increase in productivity)

    After Fisa cleaning, the start-up phase is very short, because the initial production conditions of the mould are retained.
