To obtain complete mastery of our processes and thus be capable of meeting the requirements of our customers, Fisa devotes 10% of turnover every year to Research and Development, as well as to investment projects such as ISO 9000 standard certification, the creation of new subsidiaries and personnel training.
In order to be prepared for the future, during the last two years we have undertaken steps to launch a reorganisation policy through the creation of a Quality Assurance system and a CRM software application used in all of our sites whether in France or abroad. This project is based on the two fundamental poles of our company: Sales Service and Customers Services.
